2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 333kb. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. 333kb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend your account pending verification. If it is established that you are under 18, your account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Eligible Jurisdictions. 333kb is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 333kb platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. 333kb makes no representation that its services are legal in any jurisdiction other than those in which it operates. Players found to be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction will have their accounts suspended without prior notice.

2.3 Registration Process. To create a 333kb account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration flow. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 333kb account. Attempting to open a second account — whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 333kb reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a multi-account breach and to void any winnings derived from those accounts.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 333kb operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of your registered address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of your withdrawal request until the required documents are received and verified.

2.6 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held in your 333kb account remains accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment account details — you must update your account profile promptly. 333kb will not be liable for failed communications or delayed transactions arising from outdated account information.

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333kb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 333kb will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 333kb customer support immediately. Until 333kb receives such notification, any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals processed — will be treated as authorised by you.

3.3 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 333kb account, whether carried out by you personally or by any third party who gains access to your account as a result of your failure to secure your credentials. 333kb will not reverse wagers or refund losses resulting from a Player's failure to protect their account access details.

3.4 Non-Transferability. Your 333kb account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any such transfer will be treated as a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

3.5 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 333kb reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the wallet balance, after providing reasonable notice to the email address registered on the account. Real-money balances will not be forfeited without notice.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 333kb currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 333kb reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time, subject to reasonable advance notice to players where operationally possible.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for card-based methods (Visa, Mastercard). Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's network. 333kb is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 22:00 BST. Requests submitted after 22:00 BST will be processed on the following business day. 333kb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

4.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are drawn from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to another person, is strictly prohibited. Any winnings derived from deposits made using third-party funds may be voided and the account may be closed.

4.6 Transaction Fees. 333kb does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on its side of the transaction. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges. 333kb is not responsible for any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.7 Failed Transactions. If a deposit fails after funds have been deducted from your payment account but before they are credited to your 333kb wallet, you must contact 333kb customer support immediately with the transaction reference number provided by your payment provider. 333kb will investigate and resolve all verified failed deposit cases within 2 business days.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions. 333kb offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotional offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by 333kb are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement using only the games eligible for that promotion, within the stated validity period.

5.3 Bonus Validity. Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's wallet balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 333kb reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if 333kb has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting technical errors or misconfigured promotions, and colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions artificially.

6.6 Maximum Win Limits. 333kb may impose maximum win limits on individual game sessions, specific games, or promotional wagers. Where a maximum win limit applies, it will be displayed in the relevant game information or promotion terms. Any winnings that exceed a stated maximum win limit will be capped at that limit, with the remainder forfeited without compensation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333kb platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of wallet balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities, depending on the severity of the breach.

• Registering more than one account on 333kb, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other communication with 333kb.
• Using the 333kb platform if you are a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• Depositing funds using payment accounts that do not belong to you, or laundering funds through the 333kb platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to unfairly extract value from the platform or from other players.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or any artificial intelligence system to play games, place bets, or otherwise interact with the 333kb platform in a way that bypasses normal human gameplay.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or misconfigured promotions to gain an advantage not intended by 333kb or the relevant game provider.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward 333kb staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access the 333kb platform or its underlying systems without authorisation, including any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the platform's code or infrastructure.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person for commercial gain, or operating a third-party betting service using a 333kb account.

333kb reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the relevant account may be temporarily restricted from withdrawals. 333kb will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

8.1 Closure by the Player. You may close your 333kb account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, 333kb will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus funds remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by 333kb. 333kb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Player is identified as a Prohibited Person.

• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.

8.3 Effect of Closure. Upon closure of a 333kb account for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity may be voided. Where real-money funds are retained following a compliance investigation, they will be returned via the Player's original payment method after the investigation is concluded, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to 333kb for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months, or indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible for login, and 333kb will suppress all promotional communications to that account. Players wishing to reactivate an account after a temporary self-exclusion must contact support and allow a mandatory cooling-off review period before access is restored.

9.2 No Warranty. The 333kb platform and all services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 333kb makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content, game outcome, or information displayed on the platform.

9.3 Gambling Losses. 333kb is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players in the course of legitimate gameplay on the platform. By using 333kb, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that all wagers are placed voluntarily and at your own risk.

9.4 Third-Party Services. 10.2 Notice of Changes. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 333kb will notify registered Players via email to the address registered on their account, in-platform notification, or both, at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Minor or clarificatory amendments may take effect immediately.

10.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the 333kb platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

10.4 Current Version. The current version of these Terms is always available at https://333kb.net/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

10.5 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the governing language for all contractual and dispute-resolution purposes related to the 333kb platform. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience is non-binding, and in the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

10.6 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

10.7 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the 333kb Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 333kb with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
